By booking a room or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay with us.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Guests must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion, especially in cases of invalid information or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed upon request and subject to availability. Extra charges may apply.

3. Identification Requirement

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept payment in cash, UPI, and other approved digital methods.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in.

  • Room rates may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking amount.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not cause any inconvenience or disturbance to other guests or staff.

  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.

  • Consumption of illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities on hotel premises is strictly forbidden.

  • Damages to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to their account.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Gomti Inn is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

  • We shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or delay that occurs on or off the premises unless directly caused by the hotel’s negligence.

8. Modifications

Gomti Inn reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website or available at the front desk.
