1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee (typically one night’s stay or as specified during booking).

  • No-Show: If a guest does not show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us by phone at +91-8009466344 as soon as possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after confirming the cancellation request.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original method of payment (cash, UPI, or digital payment).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • For cash payments, refunds can be collected in person or via a preferred digital method.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Any charges for damages, extra services used (e.g. food, laundry), or penalties for policy violations are non-refundable.

  • Special promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable and will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

5. Early Check-Out

If you choose to check out before the confirmed departure date:

  • Partial refunds may be provided at the management’s discretion.

  • Please inform the front desk as early as possible for consideration.
