1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee (typically one night’s stay or as specified during booking).
No-Show: If a guest does not show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us by phone at +91-8009466344 as soon as possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after confirming the cancellation request.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are issued via the original method of payment (cash, UPI, or digital payment).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For cash payments, refunds can be collected in person or via a preferred digital method.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Any charges for damages, extra services used (e.g. food, laundry), or penalties for policy violations are non-refundable.
Special promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable and will be clearly marked at the time of booking.
5. Early Check-Out
If you choose to check out before the confirmed departure date:
Partial refunds may be provided at the management’s discretion.
Please inform the front desk as early as possible for consideration.
